Herbed Spring Onion Rice


Very simple and delicious spring onion rice is easy to cook and its mouth watering. I just loved cooking it. Try it with half fry egg and you will surely get appreciated :).

Ingredients
- cooked rice ( can use left over rice or fresh cooked)
- spring onion
- celery
- herbs ( i used mixed herbs)
- chilli flakes
- lemon juice (optional)
- salt
- olive oil

Heat olive oil in a pan add celery and white part of spring onion. Cook it for 1 or 2 minutes till it get soft. add rice,salt (as per taste), green part of spring onion, herbs and lemon juice (if using).
Mixe well and let it for 3-4 minute.

Serve hot with half fry egg or can have it as it is.
